The TVL Expo 2025 at Shiv Nadar University brought together young innovators, industry experts, and academic leaders on a single dynamic platform — celebrating student entrepreneurship and startup culture at one of India's premier universities.

Team Backstage was appointed to handle complete end-to-end event planning and execution on campus on 25th April 2025. Our scope included exhibition stall design and fabrication, stage setup, branding, registration management, AV and technical production, and full on-ground logistics coordination.

We designed a vibrant, high-energy expo layout that accommodated multiple startup booths while ensuring smooth visitor flow and intuitive interaction zones. Each participating startup received customised branding solutions that authentically represented their identity. A complete technical setup — covering lighting, sound, and display systems — was delivered without disruption, creating a polished, professional atmosphere throughout the event.

The result was a seamlessly executed expo that gave students a credible, inspiring stage to pitch and present their ventures. Strong attendee engagement and meaningful connections between students and industry stakeholders made TVL Expo 2025 a standout success — and a testament to Team Backstage's expertise in campus event management and exhibition execution.
